By accessing or using Nomu's restaurant menu management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Nomu provides a digital menu management platform that enables restaurants to create, manage, and display digital menus through QR codes. Our Service includes menu creation tools, QR code generation, analytics, and related features as described in our pricing plans.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Bank of Georgia
• Prices are displayed in the currency specified on our pricing page

5. User Responsibilities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nomu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
