This policy outlines the terms regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for Nomu's restaurant menu management platform. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our services.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard settings.
  • Access until period ends: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No automatic renewal: Once cancelled, your subscription will not automatically renew, and you will not be charged for future billing periods.
  • Data retention: Your menu data and content will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which it may be deleted.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Nomu account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees already paid
  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused subscription time after cancellation
  • Subscription upgrades or downgrades

We encourage you to take advantage of our free Starter plan to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (such as billing errors or service issues beyond your control), we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

6. Service Delivery

Nomu is a digital service delivered instantly upon subscription. There is no physical product delivery. Your access to premium features is activated immediately upon successful payment processing.

7. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Will take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated for the remaining billing period.
  • Downgrades: Will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
